Recommend this hotel , it was perfect location, clean rooms , nice interior, polite stuff , safe , recommend you to have breakfast there , everything is fresh and yummy . When second time I was in Milan again choose this hotel and both times they upgraded my rooms for free , which is was so sweat from them ❤️Totally recommend this hotel .

The room is wide, clean & the staff were very welcoming they made me feel like I’m at home . The restaurant on the 7th floor was excellent & the room service was great.

My experience at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, but a HUGE thank you to Tracy at reception who was the receptionist we all hope to get when arriving at any hotel. She welcomed me with a big smile, so much warmth it made it feel like I had just arrived home. Shama at guest services was also incredibly helpful and sweet. Big Bravo for the overall staff welcome!

Comfortable, clean and spacious room! We love the modern design the moment we stepped in. Tracie helped us check in and she offers the best hospitality I’ve ever come across! Thank you Tracie <3 Wish we could stay longer but we will be back if we are in Milan again!

خذمة رائعة انصحكم فيه Everything was amazing, the receptionists were very nice and kind and welcoming us everytime we enter the lobby. Loved the flexibility of providing us adopters , loved the easy check in/out process. Very helpful staff even with our luggages.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—every staff member was attentive, friendly, and truly dedicated to making my stay perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making the experience even more special. Everything about our stay was spectacular, we had a long layover at night, and it wasn’t time for checkin yet, but their employee Jessica was too kind to arrange the room very quickly and she gave us and upgrade too! Overall their staff is very helpful, fast, proactive and friendly, especially Marco and Kawther, also the cleanliness is top tier, location is accessible close to santa sofia station, and walking distance to the duomo area. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thanks for having us.

From the moment that we arrived, the staff could not have been more generous and attentive. The bed was very comfortable, the room size was great and the big bonus was that we could open the window for some fresh air. Breakfast was very good, and the bar is a great place to sit at the end of the day. I want to commend especially the concierge, Shiama Devi, she is a real gem. It was a great pleasure to meet her. I cannot recommend this hotel more... Thank you
