The location is good. Personal is kindly and friendly. No problem with them. Try to help me at any time. Very silent in the room. We did not take the breakfast. A lot of cafe outside. There is a cafe with lam and durk near the hotel. I recommend this hotel.

The reason for our trip was a 'big birthday' celebration and boy did the hotel and guest experience manager do all they could to make it really special! Our upgraded room was wonderful, spacious and with a great bathroom too. It had a very comfy bed and pillows and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is about 15 mins walk to the cathedral and the same the other way for the canal. Both are great areas to explore so it worked well for us to be central. The staff were all really lovely and helpful and it was a pleasant place to be. The weather wasn't kind enough for us to make use of the roof terrace/pool area. Overall, highly recommended.

Spacious, comfortable, and very clean rooms. Attention to detail was great (e.g. the AC will continue to work at your set temperature even if you remove your card when leaving the room; proper iron & ironing board). Wifi worked great both in our rooms and throughout the hotel. Breakfast was varied and made for a good start to the day. The location got us worried at first as it was at a busy junction but the windows were wonderfully insulated so that there was no disturbance. Also, a 10-15-min-walk will take you straight to the Duomo, or just hop on the tram that leaves just around the corner of the hotel. Last but not least, ALL personnel were super friendly & professional.

staff is surely wonderful, luca and the dark haired lady at reception (sorry I forgot ur name lol) were very polite, friendly and helpful. the porters were extremely kind and well mannered as well . room was cozy and comfortable. AC is working well. location is relatively near the doumo. swimming pool is a little small but at least there is one! gym was nice and clean.

The team - Reception : Dominico, Jacques, Marco Guest Experience Mgr: Shiama Devi Security: Abdul, Matar Rooftop Bar: Dario and many other staff ( including breakfast service staff) have made my stay an amazing package, all in one. Thank you so much!! While the hotel and its rooms were nice, new, and very comfortable; the exceptional services from the staff had made my stay absolutely magical... I ended up extending and stayed my entire trip (8 nights) in Milan with them. I would like to give a special shout - out to Ms Shiama ( Guest Relations Mgr) : Thank you for all your assistance. You have most definitely enhanced my stay at the hotel and in Milan.

A new hotel; I loved the cool, eclectic design. I look forward to seeing the pool/ bar area when completed. My room was very luxurious and spacious. The location was good, and I found it easy to walk everywhere. The star of the show was Shaima, their fabulous guest services manager. Sharma made me feel right at home with her personalised service, and I credit her for making my stay even more perfect. Issei, the hotel’s rooftop restaurant, had beautiful views and an attentive, professional waitstaff and manager. The menu was limited, but everything was fresh. The oysters were delicious. I enjoyed a meal in the restaurant downstairs which was lovely. Lilliana and Luka were great.

My husband and I went all around Italy for 2 weeks, and within those 2 weeks, no other hotel treated us as spectacularly as this one. The moment we entered, we were greeted with the upmost care; The staff immediately took our luggages to our room, handed us a welcome drink & the managers personally came out to introduce themselves. Shamia and her staff guided us to our room, where it was decorated with roses & flowers to celebrate my birthday & our honeymoon. It was beyond what we could've imagined. It made our stay in Milan so memorable & we would highly recommend to everyone. Not only was the staff wonderful, the location is 15 minutes walking distance from The Galleria and Duomo. The property is new, clean & filled with activities. We ate at their restaurant upstairs & the food/drinks were phenomenal. Lastly, our bed was comfortable/cozy, and the room was filled with little items that you wouldn't usually see in hotels: toothbrush, toothpaste, loofa, shoe shiner, sewing kit, heated towel rack, full bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair comb, etc. You are fully stocked! Absolutely loved this place, if we ever go to Milan again, this is where we'll stay hands-down. Thank you to the Radisson Milan staff, you are all so wonderful!

Everything was perfect from the rooms and design but the thing that made my stay more enjoyable The hotel staff were all very nice Especially Marco at the reception, he was very professional, welcoming and helpful The floor manager, Amani, was very nice and always asked us if we needed anything Ans Luka in reception the night shift was very professional and helpful Finally, I can say that the staff made my stay at the hotel more beautiful and comfortable, so thank you all for this wonderful experience

Great hotel with lovely well appointed big rooms! The service was exceptional and the hotel can assist with any of your needs. First time staying at a Radisson Collection series and to say I was impressed was an understatement. The room rate is also very competitive even when compared to 3 and 4 star random hotels in the city - only different is that the Radisson is superior in every possible way! The design of the lobby, the rooftop bar, all are done to extremely high standards. The staff (all of them) were super friendly and were always smiling!
