Recommend this hotel , it was perfect location, clean rooms , nice interior, polite stuff , safe , recommend you to have breakfast there , everything is fresh and yummy . When second time I was in Milan again choose this hotel and both times they upgraded my rooms for free , which is was so sweat from them ❤️Totally recommend this hotel .

The room is wide, clean & the staff were very welcoming they made me feel like I’m at home . The restaurant on the 7th floor was excellent & the room service was great.

My experience at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, but a HUGE thank you to Tracy at reception who was the receptionist we all hope to get when arriving at any hotel. She welcomed me with a big smile, so much warmth it made it feel like I had just arrived home. Shama at guest services was also incredibly helpful and sweet. Big Bravo for the overall staff welcome!

Comfortable, clean and spacious room! We love the modern design the moment we stepped in. Tracie helped us check in and she offers the best hospitality I’ve ever come across! Thank you Tracie <3 Wish we could stay longer but we will be back if we are in Milan again!

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely outstanding! The hotel is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and its location is perfect just a short walk to the Duomo. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help. I would like to give special thanks to Shiama, Marco, and Yasmeen for their outstanding service. A special mention to Shiama for her warm welcome, kindness, and exceptional hospitality, she truly made us feel at home. We are also very grateful for upgrading our room from a standard one to a beautiful suite, which made our stay even more special and comfortable. I would also like to sincerely thank Marco for going above and beyond to assist us, he gave us an excellent recommendations on delicious restaurants. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the security team for always being professional, polite, beautiful smile, and making us feel safe throughout our stay. A big thank you as well to the housekeeping team for keeping our suite spotless and ensuring everything was always perfect and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience, perfect location, spotless rooms, and an amazing team. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again. Love you all guys 🫶🏻

I truly enjoyed my stay at Radisson Collection Hotel, Santa Sofia Milan. The location is perfect—central yet peaceful, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying some quiet moments. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately clean. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the high-quality amenities provided. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. I also loved the stylish lobby and overall atmosphere of the hotel—it felt modern yet warm. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this hotel; the Santa Sofia subway station is just across the hotel, and tram line is on the other side, highly accessible. Overall, hotel is maintained well and rooms and clean and neat. I would like to compliment Guest Experience Manager, Ms. Shiama; she was exceptionally helpful in sharing places of interest, restaurants, and cafes. Our flight left Milan late at night and the hotel staff was kind to let use the shower facilities in the gym to refresh; also extend check-out timing. Among the many hotels I have stayed before, the quality of the customer service team and front desk is exceptional in Radisson Collection at Santa Sofia.
